Veteran Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal will contest the upcoming Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) elections for the post of President.
He last served as the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association in 2001-02.
Mr Sibal has served twice before as well, once in 1995-1996 and again in 1997-1998.
The SCBA Executive Committee elections for President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer will take place on May 16, with the nomination deadline being May 9.
Senior Advocate Adish Aggarwala currently holds the position of President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA).
